François Grand Cru is a full-hearted, hoppy blond beer of 9% in a bottle of 33 cl. It is a top fermented beer with "dry hopping" and fermentation in the bottle. The Master brewer creates the exclusive blonde beer François Grand Cru. Not just a beer. It's a blond, gold, unfiltered Tripel. The taste is slightly spicy, a little bitter, not sweet. It is a delicate beer with no less than four yeasts and four hops in perfect balance, with lots of finesse. The taste is complex and there are no predominant flavors. The beer is particularly balanced and has an impressive long full finish.
