Oude Geuze is a controlled designation of origin and the name is therefore protected. 3 Fonteinen Old Geuze is an assembly of one, two and three-year traditional lambiks, fermented on the bottle. Thanks to the spontaneous fermentation, the long maturation on oak barrels, and the continuous evolution on the bottle brings a complex and elegant beer. Lambik and Gueze have a rich living heritage, originated to the Zenne Valley! Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer.
